摘要：采用全球增加值贸易数据库数据，构建改进的显性比较优势指数模型，核算包括中国在内的12国的建筑业国际竞争力，比较中国建筑业的国际竞争力。研究表明：中国建筑业增加值出口不断增长，占世界建筑业增加值出口较高份额；中国建筑业NRCA指数小于1，没有提高，在12个典型国家中排名第8，国际竞争力仍处于劣势地位。基于上述分析，提出提高中国建筑产业增加值的国际竞争策略。

Abstract：Using the data of the global value-added trade database to construct a new improved NRCA model，this paper accounts for the international competitiveness of construction industry of 12 countries including China，and compares the international competitiveness of Chinese construction industry. The results show that，the value added exports of Chinese construction industry are increasing and the share of the value added exports of the world construction industry is relatively high. Chinese construction industry NRCA index is less than 1，and the NRCA index did not improve ranking 8th in the 12 typical countries. The current Chinese international competitiveness of construction industry is still in an inferior position. Based on the above analysis，puts forward the international competition strategies to improve the added value of Chinese construction industry.
