摘要：分析建筑工业化发展对建筑业转型升级的作用，阐述建筑工业化发展中存在的设计技术不够完善、法律法规不够健全等问题，从建立技术支撑体系、建立健全相关政策、合理控制成本以及提高从业人员综合素质等方面，提出加快推进建筑工业化发展的对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the role of the development of construction industrialization for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Then，expounds the problems existing in the development of construction industrialization，such as inadequate design techniques，inadequate laws and regulations，etc. Finally，puts forward some countermeasures to accelerate the development of construction industrialization，such as establishing the technical support system，improving the related policies，controlling costs reasonably，and  enhancing the overall quality of employees.
