摘要：通过相关文献研读，结合建筑施工企业生产的特点，构建绿色核心竞争力评价体系，包括3个一级评价指标，12个二级指标和40个三级指标。通过专家评分法确定判断矩阵，运用层次分析法进行评价指标重要性的排序，提出建筑施工企业绿色核心竞争力提升的建议。

Abstract：Through the relevant literature and production characteristics of construction enterprises，the paper first builds the green core competitiveness evaluation system including the 3 first grade index，12 secondary grade index and 40 third grade index. Then，uses the expert evaluation method to determine judgment matrix，and uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）to sort these index as importance. Finally，puts forward the measures of enhancing the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
