摘要：阐述沙特建筑劳工管理现状及特点，结合阿美项目分析沙特建筑劳务人员构成及要求，就我国工程承包企业承揽沙特项目的劳务管理提出措施建议。

Abstract：The paper expounds the present situation and characteristics of the Saudi Arabia’s construction labor management，analyzes the labor composition and requirements of Saudi Arabia construction workers combined with Saudi Aramco project，puts forward the measures to labor management of Saudi Arabia project undertaken by China’s engineering contracting enterprises.
