摘要：首先分析国际工程投标阶段存在的政治风险、经济风险、汇率风险、自然风险等，然后阐述国际工程投标阶段的风险识别，最后提出国际工程投标阶段的风险应对策略，以期为国际工程投标风险管控提供
参考。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper analyzes the political risk，economic risk，exchange rate risk，natural risk and so on in bidding stage of international project，then describes the risk identification of international engineering bidding，and finally puts forward the risk response strategy of international project bidding，in order to provide references for the risk management of international project.
