摘要：随着BIM技术趋于成熟，越来越多的建筑工程项目开始探索、试点和推广BIM技术。以上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院肿瘤（质子）中心为例，阐述BIM技术在复杂医院项目中的应用价值与实施方案，介绍瑞金医院肿瘤（质子）中心BIM应用试点情况，以期为类似项目提供参考。

Abstract：With the technology of BIM tends to mature，more and more construction projects begin to explore，pilot and promote BIM technology. Taking the cancer（proton）therapy center of Ruijin hospital（attached to Shanghai Jiaotong university school of medicine）as an example，the paper expounds the application value and implementation plan of BIM technology in complex hospital project，introduces the application of BIM in tumor（proton）center of Ruijin hospital，in order to provide references for similar projects.
