摘要:加强建设工程施工分包合同管理,对提升施工项目合同履约效果和风险管控水平,以及提升建设工程管理水平及质量安全水平至关重要。基于此,分析建设工程施工分包合同管理的政策法规建设与实践现状,总结其存在的主要问题。进而从分包合同管理制度体系、合格分包方名录库、分包合同范本、分包合同签订、分包合同履约、合同履约诚信评价等七个方面,提出完善施工分包合同管理的对策建议。

Abstract:Strengthening the management of construction subcontract is very important to improve the performance of the contract,the level of risk control,the level of construction project management and quality safety level. Based on this,the paper analyzes the current situation of policies and regulations as well as practice for subcontract management in construction engineering,summarizes the main problems about construction subcontract management,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve subcontract management from seven respects of subcontract management system,directory of qualified subcontractor,subcontract model,signing subcontract,performance of subcontract and evaluation on performance integrity of subcontract.
