摘要：全面准确地计算设备运杂费是编制国外水电工程项目可研概算中的一项关键性工作。结合巴基斯坦玛尔水电站项目机电设备实例，介绍出口机电设备运杂费的组成内容和计算方法等，以供工程造价人员相互学习和业务交流。

Abstract：Calculating the equipment transportation fees completely and accurately is a critical work in compiling the feasibility estimate of the foreign hydropower projects. According to the example in mechanical and electrical equipment of Martha Pakistan hydropower station project，the paper introduces the composition and calculation method of the transportation fees for exporting mechanical and electrical equipment，in order to learn and exchange mutually for engineering cost personnel.
