摘要：修缮工程具有金额小、数量多且难以预见等特点，其造价管理成为高校工程管理难点。基于此，分析高校修缮工程造价管理存在的问题，从提高工作效率角度，提出变革分包模式的措施以加强高校修缮工程造价管理。

Abstract：The cost management in restoration projects，in which the amount of money is small，quantity is more and difficult to foresee，is the difficulty point in engineering management of colleges and universities. Based on this，the paper analyzes the the problems existing in the cost management of the renovation projects in colleges and universities，puts forward the measures of changing subcontract modes to strengthen the cost management of the renovation projects from improving work efficiency.
