[摘　要]　在当前建筑市场承包利润较低的形势下，提高施工现场管理水平，除了依靠法律和行政手段外，加强施工现场安全生产费用管理，发挥经济杠杆作用十分重要。回顾了江苏省安全文明施工措施费计价改革历程，基于泰州市本地区安全文明施工措施费计价数据，对安全文明施工措施费计价现状进行了分析，提出完善安全文明施工措施费计价机制的建议，旨在进一步保障安全生产费用的投入和使用科学合理。

Abstract: Under the situation of low contract profit in the current construction market, for improving the level of construction site management, it should strengthen cost management of construction site safety and play its role of economic lever, in addition to relying on the legal and administrative means. This paper reviews the pricing reform course of safety and civilization measures expense in Jiangsu province. Based on the pricing datas of regional measures expense in Taizhou, it analyzed pricing status, put forward some suggestions for perfecting safety and civilization measures expense′s pricing mechanism, in order to guarantee the fee use reasonably.
