摘要：通过对不同养老模式的对比，提出护理型机构养老模式是失能半失能老人养老的重要依托；然后结合案例，分析面向中等收入养老群体的大型护理型养老机构面临的困境（运营成本高和养老人群支付能力低共存），最后从降低养老机构成本、增加养老机构收入、提高养老人群支付能力等方面提出解决养老机构运营困境的途径。

Abstract：Through the comparison of different old-age care models，the paper regards the nursing care model as the important support for independent living and assisted living elders.Then，combined with the case，discusses the operational dilemma（the high operational cost and the low payment ability of old people）of large long-term nursing care facilities. Finally，puts forward the solutions to solve the operational dilemma，including reducing the cost and increasing the income of the long-term nursing care facilities，improving the payment ability of the old people and so on.
