摘要：在对“互联网+”价值和公租房社区服务现状进行分析的基础上，以重庆市为例，提出构建公租房社区服务平台。系统阐述居民、政府、物业公司对平台的需求，从管理决策层、应用层、基础层构建公租房社区服务平台，形成由基础信息库、网上政务系统、便民服务系统、就业系统、互动系统组成的应用系统。

Abstract：Take Chongqing as an example，the paper proposes the construction of public rental community service platform through the analysis of the value of “Internet+” and the status of public rental community service. Then，analyzes the demand of the residents，government and the property company to the platform，builds the platform of public rental community service from the aspects of management decision-making level，application layer and base layer，forms the application system including online government system，service system，employment system，interactive system.
