摘要：通过查阅文献和总结学者观点，得出PPP项目中触发再谈判的相关因素，并设计调查问卷，整理收集的数据并形成样本数据库。建立PPP项目触发再谈判结构方程模型，根据路径系数等级划分原则，得出触发再谈判的关键因素。分析得出触发PPP项目再谈判的关键因素主要集中在政府、外在宏观条件、公众三方面。

Abstract：Through consulting the literature and summarizing the viewpoints of the scholars，the paper finds out the relevant factors that trigger the re-negotiation in PPP project，and designs the questionnaire，collects and compiles the data and forms the sample database. Then，establishes the triggering re-negotiation structural equation model of PPP project，and according to the principle of classification of path coefficient，obtains the key factor to trigger re-negotiation. Finally，analyzes the key factors that trigger re-negotiation in PPP Project，which is mainly concentrated in three aspects：the government，external macro conditions and the public.
