摘要：分析PPP项目监管网络链上各利益主体的博弈情况，探讨PPP项目监管激励约束失效的主因，运用博弈论构建激励相容视角下的PPP项目监管博弈模型；从监管力度、监管能力、监管绩效以及监管技术等方面提出对策建议，以约束PPP项目监管网络链上各利益主体间的行为，确保PPP项目顺利实施。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the game situation of various stakeholders in the PPP project supervision network，discusses the main reasons for the incentive constraint failure of PPP project supervision，and uses game theory to construct game model of PPP project supervision from the perspective of incentive compatibility. Then，from regulatory efforts，regulatory capacity，regulatory performance and regulatory technology and other aspects，puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，in order to constrain the behavior among the stakeholders of the PPP project supervision network.
