摘要：探索最优实践，确保DB项目的成功、充分发挥DB的优势，是值得研究的问题。基于2014年DBIA出版的DB项目管理的最优实践准则，结合DB总承包管理的理论成果，从服务采购、合同签订与项目实施三个方面，对DB项目的最优管理准则进行分析。研究成果可为我国的DB项目管理者和研究者提供理论参考。

Abstract：It is a valuable topic to exeplore best practice，ensure DB project success and DB advantages being fully utilized. Based on the Design-build Best Practices published by DBIA in 2014 and theoretical research of DB general contracting，this paper makes analysis of the best management practices of DB model in terms of service procurement，contract signing and project implementation. The findings can provides theoretical reference for DB managers and researchers in China to embark on DB management and research.
