[摘　要]　从BT项目发起人（业主）视角出发，对BT项目两种回购模式、两种回购付款方式及影响总投资的五个主要因素进行了分析和阐述，并以实际工程项目为例，对其回购模式、付款方式的选择进行了财务分析，并对影响总投资的关键因素进行了敏感性分析，提出了回购方案的选择和投资控制的关键点。

Abstract: This paper expounds two kinds of purchasing and paying patterns and five major determinants affecting total investment about BT project in the view of project owner. And then it applies financial analysis to the choices of purchasing and paying patterns as an example of a true BT project, and adopts sensitivity analysis to five key determinants. Finally it puts forward some suggestions about the choice of purchasing schemes and major determinants of investment control.
