摘要：基于我国PPP项目发展现状，分析PPP项目资产证券化的现实意义。然后结合PPP项目融资特点，介绍资产支持计划、资产支持票据、资产支持专项计划三种PPP项目资产证券化的模式。最后以“新水源PPP资产支持专项计划”为案例，对PPP项目资产证券化实务进行解析，以期对我国PPP项目实操提供参考依据。

Abstract：Based on the development of PPP projects in China，the paper analyzes the practical significance of the PPP project asset-backed securitization. Then，combining with the characteristics of PPP project financing，introduces three types of PPP project assets-backed securitization modes，namely the asset support plan，asset-backed paper and asset-backed special plan. Finally，analyzes the practical asset-backed securitization of the PPP project with a case of “PPP asset-backed special plan of New Water Resources”，so as to provide the practical reference for PPP operation in China.
