摘要：以住宅工程质量保险为研究对象，概述我国住宅工程质量保险的推行原因、具体内涵、范围、期限及其运行程序；在与我国现有工程质量保修制度对比分析的基础上，指出我国住宅工程质量保险存在的问题；最后提出推行我国住宅工程质量保险的建议，包括立法强制住宅工程质量保险投保，适当调整现有相关法律法规为实施住宅工程质量保险创造条件，有针对性的研发相应保险产品等，为政府部门进一步完善住宅工程质量保险配套制度提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the quality insurance of residence engineering as research object，the paper summarizes the causes，specific contents，scope，duration and operation procedures of residence engineering quality insurance in China. Then，analyzes some problems of residence engineering quality insurance based on the comparative analysis of project quality guarantee system. Last，gives some suggestions for carrying out housing project quality insurance in China，including mandatory legislation of residential project quality insurance，adjusting the existing laws and regulations to create conditions for the implementation of the residential project quality insurance，developing the corresponding insurance products，so as to provide reference for the government to further improve residential project quality insurance system.
