摘要：通过PPP模式概念、分类和结构的介绍，总结PPP模式的优势。在此基础上，从工程咨询企业的业务内容、主要职能入手，分析PPP模式下工程咨询企业的盈利点；从工程咨询业务能力、工程咨询体制和服务水平等方面，提出工程咨询企业适应PPP模式的建议。

Abstract：Through the introduction of the concept，classification and structure of the PPP model，this paper summarizes the advantages of the PPP model. On this basis，analyzes the profit points of the engineering consulting enterprises based on engineering consulting enterprises business contents and main functions，and puts forward proposals for engineering consulting enterprises in aspect of ability，system and service of engineering consultation to comply with PPP model.
