摘要：运用共生理论，对我国铁路“走出去”银企关系进行分析，指出银行与承包商之间的关系将向连续对称性的互惠共生关系方向发展；从共生单元、政府以及银企沟通三方面分析制约银企共生关系的因素。针对这些制约因素提出改进银企共生关系的相应措施。

Abstract：Using the symbiosis theory，the paper first analyzes the relationship between banks and contractors of China railway “Going out” project，and points that the relationship between the banks and the contractors will develop towards the direction of mutualism of continuous symmetry. Then，analyzes the restricting factors of symbiotic relationship from the symbiosis unit，government，and the communication of banks and contractors three aspects. Finally，puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the symbiotic relationship between banks and contractors.
