摘要：总结超高层建筑的普遍特点，并分析超高层建筑的品质控制要素由策划定位、设计集成、材料选择和施工技术组成。提出品质控制的关键路径与实施方法，以期为超高层建筑品质控制提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the general characteristics of the super high-rise buildings，and analyzes the elements of the super high-rise buildings quality controll，including planning positioning，design integration，material selection and construction technology. Puts forward the critical paths and implementation methods of controlling buildings quality，in order to provide references for quality control of super high-rise buildings.
