[摘　要]　详细分析了我国政府投资项目推行代建制的重要意义，总结了目前全国各地代建制发展的现状及特征，并针对我国代建制发展中存在的主要问题，提出了一些政策建议。

Abstract: In this paper, the implementation of agent construction system in China's government investment projects is analyzed in detail, the current status quo and the characteristics of its development in our country are summarized. And then, aiming at major problems existing in agent construction system's development, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations.
