摘要：基于高校BIM教学的现状，提出基于BIM的工程管理专业人才培养方案改革的总体思路：BIM理论先行，课程融合配套；落实BIM实践，参加学科竞赛，培养专业技能，并给出较为详细的理论和实践教学改革方案，最后提出促进人才培养改革的建议，如校企合作，实践培养，以赛促学，发挥协会作用等。

Abstract：Based on the status quo of BIM teaching in colleges and universities，this paper proposes the overall plan of the reform of engineering management professional talent training mode based on BIM，which is giving priority to BIM theory，following the course reform，implementing BIM practice，participating discipline competition，gives a detailed theoretical and practical teaching reform program. Finally，puts forward some suggestions to promote the reform of personnel training，such as university-industry cooperation，practical training，promoting learning by competition，playing the role of association，etc.
