基于BIM和供应链集成的大型建筑安装工程可视化管理系统

摘要:大型建筑安装工程涉及复杂的管线布置和交叉施工,现场施工冲突多,管理协调困难。为解决大型建筑安装工程面临的困难,首先指出构建可视化集成管理系统的必要性,阐述基于BIM技术和供应链集成的可视化管理系统的原理,强调基于可视化管理系统的项目沟通方式变化。然后结合各专业的BIM模型,构建大型建筑安装工程的可视化管理系统,并以此作为项目管理沟通的中心。最后通过工程实践验证该系统可以解决大型建筑安装工程复杂的管线布置和交叉作业问题,降低现场施工冲突,提高沟通管理效率。

Abstract:A large building installation engineering involves complex pipeline layout and specialty-intersecting construction,which results in more conflicts in construction sites and more management communication troubles. In order to solve the problems in a large building installation engineering project,the paper points out the necessity to develop a visual integration management system,expounds the principle of visual management system based on the integration of BIM technology and supply chain,and emphasizes the change of project communication mode. Then,combined with the professional BIM model,constructs the visual management system for large building installation engineering project,which is used as the center of project management communication. Finally,a case study shows that this system can solve complex problems such as pipeline layout and crossing jobs,reduce the construction conflicts,improve the communication efficiency.
