摘要：特色小镇是一种全新的产业-文化-空间组织方式。将产业、空间和文化视作一种功能性资源，探讨它们之间的衍生、重组和交融所带来的组合式创新过程，以及驱动这种创新的内在动力。研究发现，把原来分离的产业、空间和文化资源要素进行有效整合，并赋予它们完全不同的新内容，引发了特色小镇建设中组织模式的根本性变革。这种组织模式的创新，是特色小镇建设的关键。

Abstract：The characteristic small town is a new industry-culture-space organization. This paper regards industry，space and culture as functional resources，and explores the combined innovation process and the intrinsic driving force of the innovation，which is derived，reorganized and blended among them. The study finds that integrates the original separation of industrial，spatial and cultural resources elements effectively，and gives them completely different new content，which can lead to the fundamental change of the organizational model in the construction of small towns. This organizational model of innovation is the key to the construction of small towns.
