[摘　要]　项目管理的研究方向将发生4个方面的转变，首先强调对项目管理复杂性的研究；其次项目管理将从管理的工具向社会活动方向转变；从而促进从工程项目到商业项目的转变，促进项目由关注产品到关注价值创造，促进项目由狭义向广义的项目转变；这就要求项目的管理者要变成发现问题和解决问题的人，研究者要能够创造这个领域的知识和知识体系，并提升知识的可用性。

Abstract: There will be four significant changes in project management field. Firstly, more study focus on the complexity of project. Secondly, project is playing social activity instead of the traditional management tools, and these trendencies are clear: from engineering project to commercial project, from product-oriented to value-oriented, and from narrow project to broad project. Therefore, project manager should play an important role in exploring and solving problems，and reseachers should pay attention to the knowledge creation and improving the availability of knowledge.
