摘要：明确装配式建设工程相比于传统建设工程成本的高低，对于装配式建筑产业发展至关重要。以湖南省装配式建设工程项目为例，比较装配式建设工程和传统建设工程在结构工程成本、装饰工程成本、安装工程成本等造价成本方面的差异并分析其原因，在此基础上从技术改进、规范市场竞争、加大政府扶持力度等方面，提出降低装配式建设工程项目造价成本的建议，为促进装配式建筑市场健康发展提供参考。

Abstract：It is very important for the development of assembly construction industry to know the cost differences of assembly construction project compared with the traditional construction project. Takes assembly construction project in Hunan Province as an example，the paper compares the differences in structural engineering cost，decoration engineering cost，installation cost and analyzes the reasons. On the basis，puts forward advices to reduce the assembly project cost from the aspects of the technical improvement，standardizing the market competition，increasing government support，to provide reference for promoting the healthy development of assembly building market.
