摘要：分析引起工程变更的原因，并据此构建工程变更对造价的影响要素评价体系；以大型综合性办公楼项目为例，将评价体系应用于该工程实例，针对引起工程变更的主观及客观因素，按照对造价的影响程度进行排序，找出引起造价增加的关键影响要素；在此基础上，提出有针对性的工程变更管理控制对策。

Abstract：The paper analyzes reasons that lead to engineering change and establishes the evaluation system of influences of engineering change on construction cost. Takes the practice of large scale office building project as an example，applies the evaluation system to actual eaxmple，with subjective and objective factors that leads to engineering change，ranks the importance of different elements according to the influence degree，and finds the key factor that caues cost increment. On the basis，puts forward specific and targeted engineering change controlling countermeasures.
