摘要：随着我国市场经济体制进一步深化，工程造价领域开始推行市场化改革，构建以清单计价模式为核心的科学计价体系。然而，清单计价模式在造价管理实践中也出现一些问题。分析清单计价在造价管理实践中存在的问题及原因，为我国工程造价市场化改革下清单计价模式的完善提出相应建议。

Abstract：with the deepening reform of the market economy system in China，market reform in construction cost management is promoted，and a scientific project pricing system with bill of quantity mode at the core is built. However，there are some problems in the practicing of the valuation with bill of quantity. The paper analyzes the problems and causes in practice of the valuation，to propose advices on improving the valuation with bill of quantity in China.
