摘要：基于BIM 5D技术和挣得值法，构建BIM 5D在建筑工程施工成本控制中的统一实施流程；结合施工实例分析BIM 5D技术加强事前预防（模型优化、施工模拟、造价预算）、事中控制（工程量统计、物资管理、动态成本控制）和事后分析的成本控制应用及成效。

Abstract：Based on the BIM 5D technology and the earned value method，the paper constructs the unified implementation process of BIM 5D in construction project cost control. Combined with construction example，analyzes the application and effectiveness of BIM 5D in the whole process of cost control by strengthening prevention in advance（model optimization，construction simulation，cost budget），process control（engineering quantity statistics，material management，dynamic cost control）and postmortem analysis.
