[摘　要]　简要分析了目前建设监理行业所面临的一些问题，提出建设监理行业的两种发展方向，一是走市场化道路，二是走监管性质道路。希望能够为建设监理行业摆脱尴尬处境并发挥出应有作用提供参考。

Abstract: The paper analyzes some problems which construction supervision industry is facing, puts forward two roads for the construction supervision industry, firstly, taking the market-oriented road, secondly, taking the supervision and management road. The author hopes it can provide references for construction supervision industry to avoid the embarrassing situation and play an important role in construction projects.
