摘要：基于LCA理论分析建筑能耗不断增长的趋势，构建供给侧改革情景下的建筑能耗影响因素指标体系，根据1995～2014年的数据利用灰关联分析法和协整检验对宏观建筑能耗影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现，国家的产业结构、经济增长情况是建筑能耗增长的主要驱动因素，而建筑节能设计标准和购房首付比例与建筑能耗是负相关关系。最后，提出供给侧改革下我国建筑节能工作的相关建议。

Abstract：According to the LCA theory，the paper analyzes the trend of building energy consumption and constructs the index system of influencing factors of building energy consumption under the supply side reform. Based on the data from 1995 to 2014，makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of energy consumption of macroscopic buildings by using gray relational analysis and co-integration test. The results show that the country's energy consumption of the industrial structure，economic growth are the main driving force for building energy consumption growth，while building energy efficiency design standards and the proportion of buyers down payment are negatively related to building energy consumption. Finally，puts forward some suggestions on the work of energy conservation under the supply side reform.
