摘要：选取滇西南两座户型相似的高层住宅（一座采用隔震结构，另一座采用非隔震结构）作为研究对像，从梁、柱、板、墙的钢筋及混凝土用量分析隔震设计的成本与经济效益，为隔震设计的应用提供参考。

Abstract：Selecting two high-rise residential buildings with similar house type in Western Yunnan as research objects，one building is adopted in isolated structure，and the other is adopted in non-isolated structure. The paper analyzes the costs and economic benefits of isolation design from steel and concrete consumption of beams，girders，columns，slabs，walls，in order to provide references for the application of isolation design.
