摘要：基于财政投资评审监管工作业绩数据，阐述政府投资项目财政投资评审监管的重要性。围绕业主单位、设计单位、咨询单位及评审监管单位，分析政府投资项目财政投资评审监管存在的具体问题，提出强化责任意识、做实项目前期、建立奖惩制度、强化沟通对接等加强财政投资评审监管的措施，为政府投资监管提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the performance datas of financial investment review and supervision，the paper first expounds the importance of review and supervision of financial investment in government investment projects. Then，from the perspective of the owners units，design units，advisory units，review and supervision units，analyzes the specific problems of the financial investment review and supervision. Finally，puts forward measures to strengthen the review and supenision，such as consolidating the sense of responsibility，paying attention to the early stage of the project，establishing the reward system，and reinforcing the communication and docking，in order to provide references for the government investment supervision.
