摘要：限额设计是控制工程项目投资的有效方法。以某学校设计项目为例，分析其在方案阶段、初步设计和施工图设计阶段的限额设计开展情况，提出限额设计开展需要关注参与人员的责任分工、限额指标的分解、以及加强限额设计的科学管理等思考，以期为相关设计企业开展限额设计提供参考。

Abstract：Quota design is an effective method to control engineering project investment. The paper analyzes the situation for quota design of a school in the program stage，preliminary design and construction drawing design stage，puts forward some thoughts on the development of quota design，such as paying attention to the division of responsibilities of the participants，decomposing the quota indexs，and strengthening the scientific management of quota design，so as to provide references for the design enterprises to carry out quota design work.
