建筑工业化生态系统发展与演化研究—基于仿生学Lotka-Volterra模型

摘要:为系统性地分析建筑工业化生态系统关系,解决其发展中存在的相关参与方认知缺陷、战略调整等问题,从仿生学的视角深入剖析建筑工业化的转型发展,构建建筑工业化的生态系统,明确核心参与方在建筑工业化生态系统中所扮演的角色;采用生态学中LV模型,建立建筑工业化演进过程的LV模型和演化机制,并以北京和上海建筑工业化的发展为例,分析建筑工业化的发展状态;梳理我国建筑工业化的发展过程及未来趋势,并提出相应的建筑工业化生态系统演化建议。

Abstract:In order to systematically analyze the relationship of ecosystem for OSC(off-site construction),solve the problems related to the participants’ cognitive defects and strategic adjustment,the paper analyzes the transformation and development of OSC from the perspective of bionics,establishes an ecosystem of OSC,defines the role of the core participants in the OSC ecosystem. Then,uses the LV model of ecology to establish the LV model and the evolution mechanism of the evolution process of OSC,and takes the Beijing and Shanghai as example to discuss the state of evolution of OSC. Finally,sorts out the development process and the future trend of OSC in China,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the development of the OSC ecosystem.
