摘要：以上海中心大厦项目为例，在分析其造价咨询难点的基础上，从工程计量和材料用量计算，异形、曲面构件处理，工程数据处理、变更管理、成本管理等方面，阐述BIM技术在造价咨询服务中的应用方法，为BIM技术在建设工程中的应用提供借鉴。

Abstract：Take Shanghai center tower as example，this paper analyzes the difficulties of cost consulting，introduces the application of BIM technology in cost consulting service from the aspects of engineering measurement and material consumption calculation，special or bending surface component processing，batch segmentation，cost change management，cost management，provides reference for BIM application in the process of project construction.
