[摘　要]　科学管理诞生在美国，对于提升企业效率和提高现代人的生活水平发挥了其他理论难以企及的作用。泰勒认为管理是一门科学，管理的核心是提高生产率。我国正处于工业化进程中，泰勒学说针对工业化进程具有高度的适用性。本文从建筑业实际出发，深入分析了泰勒学说对于国企改革的重要意义。

Abstract: Scientific management, originated in the United States, plays a role incomparable for other theories in increasing the business efficiency and improving the living standards of modern people. Taylor thinks that management is a science, and the core of management is to improve the productivity. China is still in the process of industrialization, and Taylor's theory has high applicability to the process of industrialization. This paper will start from the practice of the construction industry, and go in depth to analyze the significance of Taylor's theory for the SOE reform.
