建筑施工企业虚拟应急组织研究

[摘 要] 建筑工程施工属于高危工作,事故的发生无法完全避免,建筑施工事故具有突发性、紧迫性的特点,当建筑施工事故相对严重时,单个施工企业由于受资源、人力、技术等诸多因素的制约,无法满足事故救援的需要。为了整体提高各施工企业的应急救援能力,本文借鉴虚拟企业的理论,在救援系统中引入虚拟应急组织以满足事故应急救援的需要,有效地减少人员伤亡和经济损失。[关键词] 建筑安全;施工企业;虚拟组织;应急救援Abstract: Construction is a kind of high-risk work, and accidents can not be totally avoided. Construction accidents have the features of sudden and urgency. Being limited to resources, manpower, technology and many other factors, when the accidents are relatively serious, individual construction enterprises are often unable to meet the needs of accident rescue. In order to enhance the emergency rescue capabilities of overall construction enterprises, the paper draws lessons from the theory of virtual enterprise, introducing the idea of virtual emergency organizations into the rescue system to meet needs of accident emergency rescue, in order to reduce casualties and economic losses effectively.Key words: construction safety; construction enterprise; virtual organization; emergency rescue[参考文献][1]G.Ciccarelli et al.A method of analysis for gas explosions:H2Se ease study[J].
