摘要：在全社会加强文化建设、传承行业精神的环境下，现代建筑业更需要发展工匠精神。分析德国、日本和中国的传统工匠精神，阐述建筑行业“管理求精、技术求专、生产求柔”的当代工匠精神，提出提升工匠荣誉、发展职业教育、规范工匠标准等措施，保障“工匠精神”的发展。建筑行业的工匠精神体现着现代建筑人与时俱进、追求完美的品德，对工程项目的建造与管理具有重要意义。

Abstract：Under the environment of the whole society to strengthen cultural construction，inherit industry spirit，the modern construction industry need to develop the craftsmen spirit. The paper analyzes the craftsman spirit of Germany，Japan and ancient China，expounds the contemporary craftsmen spirit of construction industry that need to pursue fine of management，specificity of technology，and flexible production. Then，puts forward some methods to protect the development  of the craftsman spirit，such as cultivating craftsman honor，developing occupational education，regulating craftsman standards and so on. The craftsmen spirit in the construction industry embodies the moral character of the modern construction people with the times，the pursuit of the perfect moral character，which is great significance to the construction and management of engineering projects.
