摘要：科学分析评价高速公路工程投资风险，可有效提升投资资金的使用率，减少投资损失。鉴于此，将定量分析的控制区间与记忆法和层次分析法结合构成CIM-AHP模型，构建高速公路投资风险评估综合指标体系；并计算各个风险指标相应权重及发生概率，通过实例分析验证该评价方法的可行性。

Abstract：Scientific analysis and evaluation of investment risks in expressway engineering can effectively improve the use of the investment funds，and reduce the investment losses. Therefore，this paper constructs the CIM-AHP model by combining the control interval and memory method with the analytic hierarchy process，establishes a comprehensive index system of expressway investment risks assessment，calculates the corresponding weights and occurrence probabilities of each risk index，and verifies the feasibility of the evaluation method by the case analysis.
