摘要：阐述运营方案决策及动态盈亏平衡，以某拟建建设项目投产运营后的运营成本和收入等经济数据为基础，对建设项目运营方案进行动态盈亏平衡分析。提出设立合理的运营目标、提高营业能力利用率，扩大盈利区间、稳定较高营业利用率等建议，为运营决策提供依据。

Abstract：The paper expounds the operational decision-making and dynamic break-even，carries on dynamic break-even analysis for the construction project operation plan based on the data of the operating costs and income after operation of the project. Then，proposes the advices such as setting up reasonable operation objectives，improving the utilization rate of operating ability to enlarge profit interval，stabilizing higher operating efficiency，to provide the basis for operational decision-making.
