银行业的业务创新与营销服务模式研究—以中国工商银行某市分行为例

摘要:对当前银行业发展中的业务创新问题提出鲜明的观点。实证表明稳定客户,关注客户特征与银行绩效之间存在非线性关系;商业银行实施多元化战略在提高收益的同时分散了风险。关键词:银行业;创新;盈利能力;信用风险Abstract:This paper puts forward the distinctive viewpoint of the business innovation in the development of banking industry.
