房地产业不均衡发展的原因与建议研究

摘要:近年来,我国房地产业总体出现“高价格、高库存”的走势,呈现出房地产业发展的不均衡。分析房地产业的结构以及存在的风险,探讨不均衡发展的原因;结合经济新常态下供给侧改革和创新体制机制的要求,提出保持政策连续性、调整布局、提高运营能力、鼓励大胆创新、提倡城市建设个性化等建议。

Abstract:In recent years,China’s real estate industry has been in the overall “high price,high inventory” trend,and shows that the development of real estate industry is not balanced. This paper first analyzes the structure of the real estate industry and the existing risks,then explores the reasons for unbalanced development of the real estate industry. Then,combined with the requirements of the supply side reform and innovation system under the new economic normal conditions,puts forward suggestions to promote the development of real estate industry,such as maintaining the continuity of the policy,adjusting the layout,improving the operational capacity,encouraging bold innovation and promoting the individualization construction of the city and so on.
