摘要：针对非完全信息条件下PPP项目的风险分担问题，引入海萨尼转换，构建PPP项目风险分担的讨价还价博弈模型。以湖南省A高速公路PPP项目为例，通过问卷调查法建立风险指标体系，利用MATLAB软件对搜集到的数据进行处理，运用模型求解得出风险分担比例，实证分析风险分担模型的可行性，为实际PPP项目合作方之间的风险合理分担提供参考。

Abstract：Aiming at the issue of PPP project risks sharing under the condition of incomplete information，the paper constructs the bargaining game model of PPP project risks sharing by the Harsanyi transformation. Taking the PPP project of A expressway in Hunan as an example，establishes the risks index system through questionnaire survey，and processes the collected data by MATLAB software，uses the model to solve the risks sharing ratio，demonstrates the feasibility of the risks sharing model，so as to provide references for the reasonable risks sharing among the actual PPP partners.
