[摘　要]　根据当前概算编制中存在的问题，本文研究了如何提高工程概算编制的准确性，发挥工程概算在工程投资控制中的重要作用，重视项目实施阶段执行概算的严肃性，并提出具体的控制措施，从而确保投资在概算控制的范围内。

Abstract: According to the existing problems in engineering budgetary estimate making, the paper discussed about how to improve the accuracy of budgetary estimate, play the important role in construction investment control, and pay attention to the seriousness of carrying out budgetary estimate in implement phase. It put forward some concrete measures for controlling the investment within budget scope.
