摘要：分析在“建管分离”体制下管道运营单位在接收新建管道过程中面临的挑战；从调整组织机构、加强设计审查、重视沟通管理、积极参与试运行以及严把竣工验收关等五方面提出相应的对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the challenges in receiving the new pipeline process for pipeline operation company under construction and management separation mode. And puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from adjusting the organizational structure，strengthening the design review，taking communication management seriously，participating in trial operation actively and confirming completion acceptance strictly.
