摘要：首先概述高校建设工程代建制，然后分析高校业主在采用代建制时所面临的制度、市场及道德方面的风险，最后从建立健全政策制度、规范代建市场、完善代建合同管理及加强代建过程管理等方面提出促进代建制在高校建设工程中应用的建议。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper summarizes the agent construction system in university construction projects. Then，analyzes the risks of system，market and moral faced by the university owners in the use of agent construction system. Finally，puts forward the suggestions from establishing the policy，standardizing the market，improving the contract management and strengthening process management to promote the application of agent construction system.
