摘要：为有效控制工程造价，分析2009年至2015年期间西安市的8个高层住宅建筑安装工程造价的资料数据，结果表明安装工程造价所占比例逐年升高，材料费浮动较大，建筑安装工程造价呈上升趋势。基于此，提出相应对策包括规范工程设计，严格控制变更以及建立材料管理制度，实施材料精细化管理等，为企业的工程造价管理工作提供一定的参考。

Abstract：In order to effectively control the project costs，the paper analyzes the data of construction and installation costs about 8 high-rise residential buildings in Xi’an from 2009 to 2015. The results show that the proportion of installation costs increase year by year，the material costs fluctuate greatly，construction and installation costs are on the rise. On the basis of above，puts forward the corresponding countermeasures，including standardizing engineering design，controling the change strictly，establishing material management system and implementing the refined management of materials，in order to provide references for project cost management of enterprises.
