摘要：输变电工程造价管理模式对实现工程造价管控，改善投资效果影响重大。基于此，分析国外输变电工程造价管理模式的特点，结合我国造价管理模式现状，从造价管理组织结构、管理流程、计价体系三方面对比分析国内外输变电工程造价管理模式的差异，从而借鉴国外先进经验，以期为完善我国电网工程造价管理模式提供参考。

Abstract：The cost management mode of power grid project are very important to realize the project cost control and improve the investment effect. Based on this，the paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign power transmission project cost management mode，combined with the present situation of China’s cost management mode，compares the cost management mode of the domestic and foreign power transmission projects from cost management organizational structure，management process，and valuation system，sums up foreign advanced experience to provide references for improving the power grid project cost management mode of China.
